VanClass Terms of Service

By accessing or using VanClass you accept these terms.
1. The service
VanClass provides audio-first training, quizzes, and exam prep for HVAC/R certifications. It is an educational tool; it is not a form of certification licensing and does not confer any license or credential.Certification is granted by the relevant certifying body, which we are not.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
Provide accurate account info, keep credentials secure, and do not misuse the service, infringe IP, or violate law.
3. Billing, refunds & cancellation
Paid plans are billed via our payment processor. You may cancel anytime from your account page, in one place — no phone calls, no emails; access continues through the paid period. 30-day money-back guarantee if unsatisfied: contact us within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund. No forms, no interrogation.
4. Intellectual property
Course content, audio, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute without permission.
5. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANCLASS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. VANCLASS'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.
6. Governing law & changes
Governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
